Integrative Coaching

Integrative Coaching addresses both the ground view level of what it means to be human in an embodied way and also opens us up to a Birds Eye view of the big picture and who we really are as a spiritual being having a human experience. We approach this in a philosophical way and then integrate that back into our day to day life. So we will be working on both levels in a balanced way.

It sounds like a lot but it comes together in practice in a very simple and logical way. And I will walk you through every step of the way to get you to the point where you have experienced the benefits personally and are empowered to use these tools and practices independently in a way that works for you.

Benefits of Integrative Coaching

The Personal Transformation Coaching system is a practice I have used for myself, as well as many clients, over the last 30 years. It is a way to improve your sustained day-to-day experience of happiness and fulfilment in life. It’s a way to discover a sense of meaning and balance that works for you as an individual. And to boost your energy and enthusiasm while improving your overall performance without sacrificing your sense of authentic all-round satisfaction with life.

The elements of the Integrative Coaching practice touches on:

N
Vitality: body & health
N
Performance: excellence

N
Spiritual: life purpose, what’s it all about, where is this heading

The teachings are not based on any one religious or cultural bias and reference is made at times to a variety of spiritual truths drawn from a variety of ancient teachings and from respected masters. Coaching might also involve a degree of physical energy practice such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong (if appropriate) and movement, breath work, diet and body awareness.

My Terms for the Integrative Coaching program

I have gone through a process of learning and working with both ancient and modern systems and techniques. And I have refined what I have personally found to be most effective into to a very simple and practical system. This includes aspects of breathing techniques, cold water immersion, somatic practices and tools for managing thoughts and emotions, and practices from two Martial Art systems (Tai Chi and Qi Gong) as well as.
