I recently came across Kseny and her website for Qi Gong (energy cultivation) teachings online.  I am currently a student of Kseny as I find her simple yet powerful techniques easy to follow. She offers simple yet profound practices that are easy to follow and require no prior experience or expertise. Classes are offered on zoom as well as a membership to her site offers a variety of pre recorded sessions and tools.
