Adyashanti (whose name means “primordial peace”) is an American-born spiritual teacher who has been teaching for 25 years. What captured me was his easy going and authentic grounded manner. His sharings are practical and available to everyone and his integration into modern times is beautiful. He offers weekly talks and repeats both online and offline. Highly recommend his books.
